Erin Mae Miller
Erin Mae Miller is a Nashville based film and TV producer, director, and principal of Ignite Studios. Miller has produced and managed productions for 15 years, starting in non-scripted television and documentaries, creating shows for PBS, TLC, E!, Discovery, History, and VH1. Miller’s passion for people, ethics, and history drives her development, understanding that stories shape our culture.
Previously, Miller was an executive with Big Indie Pictures (Manchester By The Sea) where she worked with Amazon Original Movies, and then as a creative executive with Endeavor’s Third Coast Content. She most recently Produced the feature film BOUNDARY WATERS starring Carol Kane set to release 2025. Miller produced IDENTITY CRISIS directed by Shari Rigby & feature documentary UNASHAMED about Christian Hip Hop to be distributed by Sony.
Miller is a board member of Women Independent Producers.

Matthew Miller is a nationally recognized corporate attorney and legal advisor to domestic and international companies and investors. As a partner at K&L Gates Nashville office and member of the Corporate and Health Care and FDA practice groups, Matthew focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate law.
Matthew has been repeatedly honored as a leader in his field. He was named as one of Bloomberg Law’s Top 40 Under 40, recognizing the nation’s most accomplished young legal minds. He has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® 2023 for excellence in Health Care Law.
Matthew is a frequent author and speaker on legal issues affecting health care, life science, and technology companies. His commentary has appeared in publications such as Bloomberg Law, Law360, and the Nashville Business Journal. Matthew is on a mission to provide clients with expert legal advice to help them avoid liability and maximize value.
